1. Cross-border E-commerce (跨境电子商务): Cross-border electronic commerce generally refers to all business activities conducted in the global electronic trading environment involving customers and suppliers, through the use of the global information framework, to satisfy their reasonable needs, that is, the transactions of goods, services and information.
2. Payment Platform (支付平台): Payment Platform is an intermediate agent that helps merchants and customers to complete online payment transactions, such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, etc.
3. Delivery Service (物流服务): A service related to the transfer of goods from one place to another, including the necessary processes of loading, unloading, and delivering the goods.
4. Return (退货): Refers to the return process in which customers take back the goods they have purchased.
5. Cross-border Trade (跨境贸易): Cross-Border trade or international trade usually refers to the buying and selling of goods and services among countries or regions.

1. B2B (Business-To-Business): Business-To-Business 平台，也被称为B2B，也就是说，两个企业间的商务活动，它是实现进口和出口贸易的主要平台，多数零售商使用B2B来购买成品消费品，获取供应商报价，并发布报价。
2. B2C (Business-To-Consumer): Business-To-Consumer 平台也使用B2C，它旨在以最低的成本实现最大程度的满足，简单来说，就是头对头（B2B）将商品和服务提供给客户，如企业是小终端商，消费者或者零售商（可以让他们的品牌的销量更高）。
3. Cross-border E-commerce: 跨境电商是指国际贸易条约下的电子商务，涵盖货物和服务的进出口，以及其他七大新兴模式，如拍立减、自主营销平台、订单全球分包等。
4. Logistics: 物流是指从源地（生产商/供应商）到目的地（客户）的商品运输活动，它的主要目的是实现有效的物流解决方案，以确保准时的物流服务，加快交货，减少货物损失，缩短物流环节的时间，降低成本，提高可见性。
5. Courier: 快递员，一般指企业指定的人员负责收发和运送各种物品和寄送服务，如电子商务物流、礼品物流、文件物流等。
6. Payment Platform: 付款平台，可以提供业务结算、通用支付渠道及各类支付托管服务等功能，可以将企业的资金集中，实现定价新结算，解决跨境转账问题，提高支付效率和成本，使企业在海外市场网络贸易正常进行。
7.Freight Forwarder： 货运代理，是指介入货物流通中受任务人委托，以收取费用为目的，为委托人办理运输货物的流程活动（如编制编排货物运输路线、选择运输工具有适当的货运提单、配置运输助理）的服务商。

1. Cross-border Logistics Management: 跨境物流管理，它专注于国际贸易流程，尤其是如何实现跨境物流流程和管理，以及维护复杂跨境物流活动的灵活性。
2.Cross-Border Trade: 跨境贸易，指在多国之间以商业或非商业本质为基础进行商品、服务和技术的交易，也指货物的进出口，服务的贸易和技术贸易。
3. Customs Clearance： 海关清关，包括填写申报单具体事项，如大宗货物的报关、缴纳关税、完成货物检验、检疫等，以确保货物能够顺利进入海关管制单位而可以抵达目的地使用。
4. Distribution Center： 配送中心，是一个汇集所有要发往同一目的地的物流和分拣包装、发货、信息追踪等活动的集散地，从而更有效地管理货物及流程。
5. Tax Refund: 退税，是指客户从海关出口的商品，通过商家的清算退回部分税费，退税金额根据商品的税率而有所不同。
