nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:443 failed (10013: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way

启动nginx 报如下错误：

nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:443 failed (10013: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions)

根据错误提示发现 443端口 被占用，

使用命令netstat -ano 或者 netstat -aon|findstr "443"

发现pid 3348 监听443端口：

我们在用命令：tasklist|findstr 3348 查看那个进程在用 443：

发现是vm service占用了443 端口。

要么关掉vm service，要么使用修改nginx 监听端口。两种方法都可以。
