强迫症犯了，右键的时候，新建栏里面太多新建的东西。。。然后就想着清理一些，清理前没有备份注册表信息，操作太快，就入坑了

本文是右键新建选项里没有新建文件夹，当然不止右键，是电脑的任何地方都不能直接使用新建文件夹操作
经验：注册表是核心数据；在操作时，请及时备份。养成先备份后操作的习惯
直接上解决方案；
输入命令进入注册表
找到注册表结构：\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\ShellNew
如果没有ShellNew文件或者内部没有Config文件，
则选择拷贝其他电脑的【最好是同版本的操作系统的】此目录的内容（拷贝方式：右键文件夹，导出即可）
至于Config的配置方面，我也不懂，就不上传了，怕误人子弟，不当搬运工；
结果：可以使用新建文件夹了
本人选用的是拷贝别的电脑里的ShellNew的文件，下述代码仅供个人参考
网络资源：Folder的整体导出代码—拷贝以下代码，更改文件格式为.reg 执行（应该是恢复为基础的配置吧，没试过，试前记得备份当前注册表信息）：
