首先，请重启服务器，再测试远程连接是否可行。
如果不行的话，请检查Licensing相关的注册表键值，路径为：
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Policies\ Microsoft\ Windows NT\ Terminal Services。

如果注册表键值都正确，并且RDS CAL license是在Grace Period过了之后才安装上去的，请安装下面这个update：
No RDS license when you connect to an RDS farm in Windows Server
或者手动应用下文中的workaround:
