第六届世界妈祖文化论坛暨
第二十三届中国·莆田湄洲妈祖文化旅游节
开幕式在湄洲岛举行
本次活动由文化和旅游部、自然资源部、中国社会科学院、澳门特别行政区政府、福建省政府联合主办。活动期间，还举行了第六届湄洲女发髻表演、《祥瑞湄洲》表演、第七届国际妈祖文化学术研讨会等活动。

结合疫情防控要求，活动采用线上线下同步举行，海内外嘉宾、妈祖敬仰者通过线上线下同谒妈祖、共享平安。活动期间，还举行了湄洲岛国家5A级旅游景区授牌仪式。
文化互鉴，民心相通，发展共享。上午9:30许，第六届世界妈祖文化论坛在湄洲岛世界妈祖文化论坛永久性会址平安会堂举行。本届论坛以“构筑海洋命运共同体”为主题，国家、省、市及有关部门领导，部分驻华使节、外籍来宾、侨胞等参加第六届世界妈祖文化论坛主旨演讲。本届论坛紧扣时代脉络，服务时代需求，提出以“构筑海洋命运共同体”为主题，希望通过海洋联结起世界，推进海洋合作与治理，契合当前疫情形势下推进构建人类命运共同体的理念，论坛的举办将更加丰富妈祖文化所展现的内涵与精神，有力凝聚海内外妈祖文化专家学者的广泛共识，为加快构建人类命运共同体注入强大推力。
本届论坛主旨演讲采用“线上+线下”相结合的形式举行，主办单位及海内外专家学者在通过线上线下作主旨演讲，深入探讨、交流互动。期间，与会领导、嘉宾现场观看了历届世界妈祖文化论坛回顾视频，现场还宣读和播放了泰国国会主席川立派，日本前首相鸠山由纪夫，全国政协副主席、澳门特别行政区前行政长官何厚铧，菲律宾参议院参议员胡安·米格尔·祖比利，中国国民党主席朱立伦以及主办单位领导等贺词贺信和致辞视频。
论坛上，还发布宣读了第六届世界妈祖文化论坛湄洲倡议。

Meizhou Proposal of the Sixth Global Mazu Culture Forum
我们，来自世界五大洲52个国家和地区的各方嘉宾，通过线上线下共聚妈祖故里莆田湄洲岛，参加由文化和旅游部、自然资源部、中国社会科学院、澳门特别行政区政府和福建省人民政府共同主办的第六届世界妈祖文化论坛。会议围绕“构筑海洋命运共同体”主题，开展平等对话、交流互鉴，取得广泛共识和圆满成功。为此，我们倡议：
As the guests from 52 countries and regions around the world, we have gathered on Meizhou Island of Putian, the hometown of Mazu, through online and offline means to participate in the Sixth Global Mazu Culture Forum jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ministry of Natural Resources, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the government of the Macau SAR and the Peoples Government of Fujian Province. The forum was a great success with extensive common understandings based on the theme of "establishing a maritime community with a shared future" through equal dialogues, exchanges and references. For this purpose, we would propose as follows:
——恪守文明底线，共同保护海洋生态。立足妈祖文化关于保护海洋生态、人海和谐共生的传统理念，自觉践行“碳达峰、碳中和”庄严承诺，开展应对海平面上升、海岸侵蚀、海洋酸化等方面的合作，共同打造美丽海洋，共同守住文明交流的传播线和海洋生物的生命线。
- Stick to the bottom line of civilization and protect the marine ecology together. Adhere to the traditional concepts of marine ecology protection and harmonious coexistence of mankind and ocean, as part of the Mazu culture; voluntarily practice the solemn commitment of "peak carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutralization"; work together in response to sea-level rise, sea coast corrosion, seawater acidification, etc.; jointly develop beautiful oceans and guard the transmission line of civilization exchange and the lifeline of marine life.
——拓宽合作渠道，共同推进海洋发展。发挥妈祖文化助力海丝沿线发展、构建蓝色伙伴关系的纽带作用，鼓励各方积极推进海上互联互通，促进妈祖文化与海洋产业有效对接，在基础设施建设、海岛生态旅游、发展可持续渔业等领域加强务实合作，共享蓝色经济发展成果。
- Diversify cooperation channels and jointly promote the development of marine industries Avail Mazu culture to promote the development of countries and regions along the Maritime Silk Road and establish blue partnerships; encourage all parties to actively promote marine interconnection and interchange; facilitate the effective interfacing of Mazu culture and the marine industry; strengthen pragmatic cooperation on infrastructure construction, island-based ecological tourism and sustainable development of the fishing industry; and share the development fruits of the blue economy.
——坚持开放包容，共同维护海洋安全。秉持妈祖文化蕴藏的守望相助、风雨同舟的精神力量，共同传承“和平合作、开放包容、互学互鉴、互利共赢”的丝路精神，共同携手应对各类海上威胁和挑战，共同打赢全球疫情防控阻击战，共同成为构筑海洋命运共同体的中坚力量。
- Stick to openness and inclusiveness and jointly protect marine safety Cherish the spiritual power of mutual help that is inherent in Mazu culture; jointly carry forward the Silk Road spirit of "peaceful cooperation, openness, inclusiveness, mutual reference and win-win partnership"; join hands to respond to diversified marine threats and challenges and defeat the global pandemic, and become the pillar force in establishing the maritime community with a shared future.
——深化人文交流，共同传承海洋文化。挖掘妈祖文化促进民心相通相知、人文交流互鉴的当代价值，构建全球妈祖文化传播体系，完善国际文化交流机制，支持互办文化活动、互设交流机构、互派高层参会，使得各国海洋文化因交流而精彩、因互鉴而丰富。
- Deepen culture exchanges and jointly pass down the marine culture Mine the modern value of Mazu culture in promoting folk and cultural exchanges; establish a global Mazu culture transmission system; improve the international cultural exchange mechanism; support cooperation in cultural events, mutual establishment of exchange facilities and mutual dispatch of senior officials to attend various events; and allow all countries to enrich their marine cultures through exchange and mutual reference.
